For most of our client their main business is to sell the technology and/or producing various biorenewable products, not to manage the project from the initial contract signing until the first units are sold. Aumbiz provides our clients with experienced, skilled and resourceful Project Managers and we are now looking to complement our team with champions who are:
  • hard working, likeable and a tenacious self starter with initiative, self-leadership and a capacity for building teams and influencing at all levels;

  • capable of building solid and lasting partnerships with key individuals within our client organisations;
  • someone with excellent communication/presentation skills, able to deal with ambiguity and complexity as well as interface with senior stakeholders;
  • flexible and willing to travel and work overseas to suit our global project requirements;
  • Management of the design coordination and documentation of all project site, infrastructure including civil and structural engineering, architectural design, mechanical and electrical services and environmental management.
  • The role also include review of the multiple tender packages and subsequent contracts preparation and negotiation
  • You will be commissioned as project superintendent with regards to all contracts in place between the client and their primary contractors and associated subcontractors.
  • Your previous experience will include full EPCM Projects in the chemical or oil & gas sectors. Individuals must have the ability to take full responsibility for all aspects of large projects, including Engineering, Procurement, Project Controls and Construction activities.
  • Experience in the biorenewable project planning process and project development would be advantageous
You will have:
  • Must have legal authorization to work in Southeast Asia on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
  • Minimum bachelor degree in Engineering (chemical, mechanical, electrical, or civil).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the petro-chemical industry.
  • Communicate effectively with management, external bodies, and all levels of employees within direct organization.
  • Demonstrated strong HSE performance management.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications and manuals
  • Significant contract management skills
  • Must have demonstrated experience managing projects large scale
  • Pleasant personality with good customer service skill
  • Possess excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Self-starter, responsible and team player spirit
  • Ability to work independently, with high level of motivation and service mindset
