As Sr. Consultant with aumbiz you have a deep understanding of the biorefining value chain within the areas of technology, plantation, refining and commercial operations, This will be underpinned by your knowledge and skills gained from your previous consultancy experience.

You can expect:
Client Development & Project Delivery: deliver against planned targets, promote the value propositions to clients, identify and develop new accounts, maintain, deepen and nurture existing client relationships, apply client value propositions and services to the existing network of clients. Working within an effective multi-skilled team you will utilise your extensive understanding and network in leading the delivery of client engagements both as a group and independently. You will lead the delivery of projects against assigned sales and revenue targets based on strategy and approved annual budget targets.
Practice Building: support strategy development, take an active role driving increased account penetration through client account planning, contribute to the development of innovative and differentiated proprietary consulting approaches, methodologies and tools, development and packaging of industry insights that will expand aumbiz presence and credibility in the market place.
Developing People: act as line manager for consulting resources, share personal experience and knowledge, coach and develop junior team members.

You will have:
- Extensive previous experience in strategy and technical advisory companies/projects
- Several years of professional experience in the regional biofuel, agro-industry, forestry, agriculture, wood processing or paper industry
- Proven track record of cross-border business development in Southeast Asia
- Fluency in Biorefining "business" and "R&D" content areas
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to the challenge of working jointly with other key personnel to build and develop a new business
- Thought leadership track record - publications, patents, conference presentations
- Suitable engineering degree complemented with an MBA is desirable
